CHARACTER INFORMATION

NAME: Dr. Harrison "Harry" Wells
CANON: DCTV's The Flash
AGE: 54
CANON POINT: Just after Flash Episode 3x04, "The New Rogues"

BACKGROUND: Earth-2 Harrison Wells history on Arrowverse Wiki
INCENTIVE: When Harrison went home after his first stay in Eudio, Tess was waking up from a ten year coma, just like he'd been promised. Which means it works. Which means when Harrison revisits Earth-1 and finds out that because of Barry's new-new timeline shenanigans, Cisco's brother has been killed by a drunk driver, he knows he can come back to Eudio and fix that. So that's what he's going to do.
FIT: This is his second visit to Eudio and he'll remember having been here before although surprised at how little time has passed here when it's been months at home. He's very familiar with the workings of the city even if he hasn't gotten a close enough look at the mechanics behind it all yet. He's become very comfortable in his skin thanks to his relationships before and will be looking forward to seeing who's still in Eudio that he remembers, and who might have left, and anyone new and interesting who might have shown up in the meantime.
CONSENT: Harrison created every metahuman in his world, against their will, and covered it all up. He's had a lot of time to think about how horrifying his actions toward Central City were, and is now even more aware of the importance of consent than he'd been before. He'll insist on it, both giving it and receiving it.
SAMPLES:
1) Inbox thread with Gwen Stacy (eventually NSFW)
2) Wells family dinner

ANYTHING ELSE? If he hasn't been gone for too long, Harrison will resume teaching his classes at the university, but will not be moving back into his original lab space. He's been separated from Team Flash for long enough and he'd rather work on helping Cisco upgrade his STAR Labs.

BACKGROUND:

Earth-2 Harrison Wells history on Arrowverse Wiki
INCENTIVE: All the evil that has befallen Harrison's world, Earth-2, is a direct result of his own recklessness. Harrison's incentive will be to return to an Earth-2 in which the supervillain Zoom has been cut off from the Speed Force and turned back into an ordinary human with no trace of metahuman powers.
FIT: Consent: Harrison will insist on it. Probably bluntly, if it isn't provided without his having to ask.
Consensual contact: While Harrison is standoffish about casual contact on the surface, it stems from a deep-seated need to fix problems without anyone else's help or input. He will be able to push past that hesitation without too much trouble because that's the objective and the reason for his presence in Eudio. Until he finds a level of trust with someone, he may well be a little cold about it, but once that trust develops, he will surprise (annoy?) himself with his depth of caring.
He may be unsure at first how to approach non-platonic affection from younger women, as he does have a daughter who is in her late teens/early twenties, but building trust will help with that as well.

SAMPLES:
#1: Harrison & his daughter Jesse
#2: (Spoilers) Harrison & his nemesis Zoom
#3: (Spoilers) A city that runs on, on cuddle-power. Harrison is sure there's more to it than that—the science behind the power transfers might be rather interesting if he gets a chance to dig into it—but on the surface? It's a ludicrous idea. Equally ludicrous that they'd somehow gotten wind of him and decided he'd be a good fit. "All right. I'll go along with it, for now. There's nothing else clamoring for my attention."

It's a little hard to believe, in fact. Now that the breaches are closed and he has Jesse back safe, he doesn't need to think twelve steps ahead. But it's a difficult habit to break. It takes him a few moments before he realizes he's still trying to theorize the science behind tactile energy transference and the woman from Eudio has stopped talking and is patiently waiting for him to bring his attention back to the conversation at hand.

He doesn’t apologize, merely picks up where he’d left off. "Why me?" And then he has to listen to the explanation, a little on the canned side in his opinion, of the city and its dearth of power-generating natives. Departing without anyone in his life knowing he's gone. Arriving back at the same time he'd left, no matter how long he spends away. That isn't so difficult to swallow, but he cuts her off in the middle of something about his being a father and a man who's devoted his life to helping people.

"I don’t. Help people for free. I grew S.T.A.R. Labs from nothing, and you're not giving me the other half of the story. If you know me, as you claim you do, you know I'm not touchy-feely. And you still thought I'd be a likely candidate for this…offer. I just got my daughter back. We have a new life to start." Or a sliver of time to enjoy the life they have left, with Zoom still alive and furious in their world. "What could possibly be in this for me? Where is the incentive for me?"

And incentive is the word for it. "Get rid of Zoom," he says immediately, as soon as the terms are laid out, but no, of course they can't do that, that would be wrong. It's tempting to simply ask for everything to be undone then, the particle accelerator accident, the creation of metahumans, all of it, but he knows enough not to meddle with a timeline like that, even if they're capable of it. "Then get rid of the part of him that makes him Zoom. Drain him of the Speed Force. Make him human again. And if you can't do that either, we're done. I'll stay here and do it myself—"

Dr. Wells. That can be arranged.

The silence spreads for another full minute, then two, as he turns over the pros and cons, risks and benefits in his head. Finally, brisk and businesslike, without a trace of trepidation, he holds out a hand. "Then we have an arrangement."

ANYTHING ELSE?

Harrison Wells has no metahuman or supernatural powers, but he has a genius-level intellect and is a master engineer. He will be entirely at home with any technology he encounters and will closely examine the Eudio communicator to learn all its secrets just as a matter of course. Harrison will be bringing with him a few changes of clothes (long sleeved black everything) and a next-gen watch, his own invention. While it was originally developed to be a metahuman detector, it's only programmed to recognize the particular flavor of metahumans from his own canon and its primary function in Eudio will probably be its recording capabilities and ordinary watch and calendar functions. And a reminder about why he's doing this.
