Mask or Menace

One of Harrison Wells' powers is power nullification. Touching him negates any power as long as the contact lasts, and he can generate a power-dampening field up to ten feet in diameter that will reduce someone's powers, although it won't take them away entirely.

Another of Harrison's powers is Gravity Manipulation, the ability to reduce gravity to 1/6 Earth normal or increase it to 3x Earth normal in an area up to fifty feet wide, and he can increase and decrease the gravity on objects (and people) that he's touching.
